Oracle Pit Crew Terms & Conditions Agreement
Terms & Conditions Agreement
By applying to the Pit Crew, you’re agreeing to the following:

Brand Representation
– You commit to showcasing Oracle Lighting on your vehicle and across your platforms.
– Approved members are required to display Oracle Lighting decals or branding (placement and size vary by sponsorship level).

Commitment
– Your participation spans a minimum of 12 months. During this time, Oracle branding must be visible on your vehicle at events, meets, and in shared content.
– You’re expected to produce and share content regularly: installs, reviews, photoshoots, or event coverage, tagging Oracle Lighting and using your custom code.

Exclusive Perks
– Pit Crew members receive exclusive discounts on Oracle Lighting products.
– Members are enrolled in our Affiliate Program, earning commission on qualifying sales driven by their custom code and/or affiliate link.
– Members may also be featured across Oracle’s social channels, website, and campaigns.

Content & Usage
– You agree to provide high-quality photos/videos of your vehicle showcasing Oracle products and branding via Google Drive, DropBox, or similar platforms to WeTransfer.
– Oracle Lighting retains the right to use submitted content for marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional purposes.

Professional Standards
– While we keep things fun, we expect Pit Crew members to represent Oracle Lighting in a professional, positive way online and offline.
– Respect your audience, respect the community, and respect the brand.
