Your vehicle information will be used to make sure we allow enough room for your vehicle and will also serve in identifying your parking space on October 29th.

By submitting this registration, you agree that you have read the Trunk-or-Treat 2025 regulations and agree to abide by the rules of St. Sylvester Parish, which prohibits displays of a controversial nature and which serves the right to accept or reject an exhibitor, displayer or portion of a display.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND IMAGE RELEASE FORM

By signing and submitting this form, you fully release and discharge St. Sylvester Parish and its employees and volunteers from any and all claims from injuries, damage or loss which may occur as a result of participation or attendance in the Trunk-or-Treat event.

Additionally, I give my permission to be photographed and or video recorded during my participation and for the photographs to be used on social media and for future advertising/promotion of the event.
