1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Should a team need to back out or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, scheduling mishaps, or any other reason, we are unable to issue refunds back to point of sale. In this event, all deposits and paid fees will be forfeited. Thank you for your cooperation.
Considerations
1. A 50% DEPOSIT IS DUE UPON TEAM REGISTRATION - In order to secure spot in team tournament, a mandatory 50% deposit is due when enrolling team. Remainder of balance is due 1 month prior to start of tournament. Team can elect to pay balance in full at time of registration.
