2025 Nomination Submission Form
NUCA’s Annual Recognition Program for Premier Utility Construction and Excavation Projects.

To apply for the Top Jobs Project award you must be a NUCA member in good standing during 2025 and not have been involved in serious injuries or fatalities. Category finalists will be notified by January 15, 2026.

Overall winner will be announced during the March 12, 2026 Awards Dinner in Tucson, AZ. It is highly encouraged that a member from your company be present to accept the award.
IMPORTANT:
If your project is selected as a **category finalist** you may be asked for additional information to be included in the project preview packets given to the independent panel of judges onsite in Tucson, AZ. Photographs submitted will be reviewed and can not contain images with safety violations. Any photographs submitted that include safety violations will not be eligible. Photographs may also be used by NUCA in various media outlets, social media posts, and print publications.

All submissions must include a minimum of two and maximum of 5 photos. Please be prepared to upload your photos in JPG or PNG format. Please have your company's safety professional review each photo for safety violations prior to submitting your application. Any photo deemed unsafe will not be displayed with your application at the convention.**
