By applying to the Pit Crew, you’re agreeing to the following:
Brand Representation
– Sponsored teams commit to showcasing Oracle Lighting their vehicle(s) and across their platforms.
– Approved teams are required to display Oracle Lighting decals or branding (placement and size vary by sponsorship level).
Commitment
– Sponsorships span a minimum of one full racing season. During this time, Oracle branding must be visible on your vehicle at events, meets, and in shared content.
– Teams are expected to provide regular updates, including event schedules, results, and post-race recaps.
Exclusive Perks
– Race teams receive exclusive discounts on Oracle Lighting products.
– Teams are enrolled in our Affiliate Program, earning commission on qualifying sales driven by their custom code and/or affiliate link.
– Teams may also be featured across Oracle’s social channels, website, and campaigns.
Content & Usage
– Teams agree to provide high-quality photos/videos of their vehicle(s) showcasing Oracle products and branding via Google Drive, DropBox, or similar platforms to WeTransfer.
– Oracle Lighting retains the right to use submitted content for marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional purposes.
Professional Standards
– Teams are expected to represent Oracle Lighting with professionalism both on and off the track.
– Racers must maintain good sportsmanship, respect the community, and honor sponsor visibility commitments.
By submitting this application, you acknowledge and accept the Oracle Pit Crew Terms & Agreement.
