By applying to the Pit Crew, you’re agreeing to the following:
Brand Representation
– Sponsored events or initiatives must showcase Oracle Lighting branding (banners, decals, product displays, or digital promotion).
– Placement and visibility of branding will be determined in coordination with Oracle.
Commitment
– Support applies to the specific event or initiative listed in this application.
– Approved organizers are expected to provide a post-event recap, including attendance, coverage, and photos/videos of Oracle branding and products on display.
Exclusive Perks
– Event organizers may receive discounted products, branded materials, giveaway items, or other approved support.
– Organizers may also be featured across Oracle’s social channels and website.
Content & Usage
– Organizers agree to provide high-quality photos/videos of the event, featuring Oracle branding and product visibility where applicable via Google Drive, DropBox, or similar platforms to WeTransfer.
– Oracle Lighting retains the right to use submitted content for marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional purposes.
Professional Standards
– Events and initiatives must represent Oracle Lighting in a positive, professional manner.
– Partners must honor commitments for branding, content delivery, and post-event reporting.
