For anyone who has NOT claimed in our tournaments since January 1st, 2025 you will be emailed some additional questions with information required to complete your form. Once we have received the required information your claim form will be put in the queue to process. We are no longer able to offer players to do this on this form as asking for this information on a website is no longer offered.

We are sorry for the inconvience, however, if you choose a Player Wallet to process your claim form, most information is no longer needed as long as your Persona # is matching with what we have already on file.
