Project Overview

The Voices of Peace Project empowers kids to express themselves and become active participants in their community. It provides a platform for them to explore and articulate their perspectives on peace, a topic that is both personally significant and globally relevant.

Saturday sessions begin at 10:00 a.m. for one hour at the YMCA Youth Center, starting October 11, 2025. The project's culmination includes a First Look Parent Reception where kids unveil their artwork and vision to parents before it's publicly featured at the Birmingham Museum of Art in an art exhibit entitled The Voices of Peace Project, March 30, 2026 - April 6, 2026.
