The Town of Franklin is in the process of completing a community wide assessment to identify issues related to stormwater runoff and flooding. The focus of this project will be on data gathering and planning for ways to implement green infrastructure and stormwater management best management practices. The goal of this study is to identify large and small projects that can be taken on by the Town or other partners with the assistance of additional grant funding focused on stormwater improvements in the community. We appreciate your time in taking this survey to provide our planning team with helpful information about issues in the community related to stormwater.
