You will owe a fee for running a background check. We don't require renewals so there is only a fee for this. You will be contacted by the finance office of GMN afterwards once the background check is completed.

*Couples: Each credential holder must fill out the form individually. You cannot fill out the form for both you and your spouse in one form. The form will be rejected and you will have to start over.

*Please Read Before Proceeding

We highly recommend saving your progress every few steps while filling out the form. The system will not auto save and if for some reason you're kicked out, you'll have to start all over if you have not saved your progress.

To do so, at any point, and as many times as you'd like, click the save icon at the bottom of the page once you get into the form entry areas. From there you can set up an account to do so. An email will be sent to you with a link to the form with your entries saved. Each time you save you'll be sent an email with a link to your saved entries in the form. You can also copy a link to the form. which is recommended.

If for some reason you lose your progress in the form, you can use the link emailed to you to pick up at your last save.

Regarding Payment

You will be contacted by the finance department of GMN with a fee after your background check is complete. Background checks vary in cost so this will be sent to you at a later date.
