Video Shoot Cancellation Policy Please Read:

All bookings are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations made on or before 11/9/25 may receive CoCreate studio credit (usable toward classes, workshops, memberships, or merchandise).

No credits or refunds will be given after 11/9/25.

Due to the limited number of slots and the one-day nature of this event, reschedules are not available.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant (you are responsible for coordinating the transfer and notifying us).

In the unlikely event CoCreate must cancel the shoot, you will receive a full refund.
