Photo Booth Rental Agreement
Package Includes
• Full setup and breakdown
• Unlimited photo sessions
• On-site attendant
• Digital copies of all photos
• Props / Add-ons / upgrades (if requested)
Payment Terms
• A non-refundable deposit of $75 is due at booking.
• Remaining payment due at day of event and upon arrival.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
• No refunds will be issued unless the issue is caused by Tap And Pose or equipment.
• Cancellations before 14 days before: 1 free reschedule.
• No refunds will be given for backdrops or props.
Tap And Pose Responsibilities
• A trained representative will be present during the rental.
• Tap And Pose will arrive 60–90 minutes early for setup.
• Tap And Pose handles technical support during the event.
Client Responsibilities
• Ensure venue access at least 1 hour before event for setup.
• 1 hour limit for take down required.
• Provide adequate space & power:Salsa 2 Booth: Needs about 5x5 ft, great for tighter venues.
• Both require 1 power outlet.
• Obtain venue permission for booth use.
Damages & Liability
• Client is responsible for damage caused by guests.
• Tap And Pose is not liable for injuries due to guest interference.
Weather Policy
• Provide cover, power, and/or storage if needed.
• No refunds issued for outdoor events due to inclement weather. No refunds after setup.
If booth cannot be moved indoors, reschedule may be offered if available.
Photo Rights & Social Media Use
•Tap And Pose reserves the right to use all photos unless the client opts out in writing.
Client agrees Tap And Pose can post photos on social media.
• Tap And Pose will never sell or distribute photos. Photos are only for promotional purposes, including website/social media.
Overtime
$150 per additional hour.
Must be paid before the extension begins.
