Only 2 registered Tattoo Artists may be tattooing at any time per 10x10 booth. Maximum of 4 registered Tattoo Artist/Piercers per booth. Body Piercing must be pre-approved by TTG in writing.

All tattoo artist and piercers must have a valid license within the City or County that they conduct business and a current blood bourne pathogens certificate. Please send us copies along with this application. We will need to see them again at the artist check in table Friday morning October 9th 2026. Health officals will be on hand to review the license and certificate.
