Thank you for applying for the Hot Air for Hope 2026 vendor faire. This year we are excited to welcome vendors to all 3 days of our festival.

Set-Up: Friday, May 15, 2026 - 12:00pm-3:00pm

Festival Hours: Friday, May 15, 2026 - 6:00pm-10:00pm

Saturday, May 16, 2026 - 5:30am-3:00pm

Sunday, May 17, 2026 - 5:30am-10:00am

Vendors: Must bring their own tables, chairs, shade and supplies. All tents must be anchored with sand bags or water barrels, no stakes.

I agree to donate an item or gift card, valued between $20-$40, to the Carson Valley Balloon Festival. We deeply appreciate these donations as it helps to raise money for the Center for Hope and Healing our local grief and loss center. It also helps us to keep our vendor fees low. Please include business card or contact information. This is also great advertising. Donations can be dropped off at West Ridge Homes, Inc at 1456 Industrial Way, Gardnerville, NV.

I blank* authorize Carson Valley Balloon Festival to use my photos and any information for publicity purposes in advertising and publications. No refunds will be given for delays or cancellations due to inclement weather, city, state, national or local health concerns/restrictions, or other causes beyond control. I understand that this is a fundraiser and all fund are used bring this event to the community and donated to local non-profits.
