By electronically signing below and submitting this form, Team Driver agrees to be responsible for their conduct and that of their handlers and dogs. Further, the Team Driver shall not hold liable for any reason the Bitterroot Mushers, the Montana Mountain Mushers, Bitterroot National Forest, sponsors, volunteers, or officials. The Team Driver understands and agrees to run under the race rules (found here) and shall abide by all race official’s decisions. The Team Driver affirms that all dogs are up to date on vaccinations and are fit to run. NO ABUSE OF DOGS OR OFFICIALS WILL BE TOLERATED. Race Marshal has final say on all decisions. Drivers will carry all mandatory gear. All racers must wear a helmet, except canicross.
