  •

The first question of the survey will ask you to identify your role in synchronized skating (alumni, skater, parent of a skater, or coach). You will need to select one from the list, to access the corresponding survey.

    • If you are under the age of 16 please have your parent/guardian complete the survey on your behalf.

    • Parents/Guardians completing the survey: answer each question from your child’s perspective, not your own. There is a parent-section at the end of the survey, to share your perspective.

    • If multiple roles apply to you (e.g., skater/parent/coach), please choose the perspective you want to share for this survey (likely, the role that you feel is your main/primary role) and respond from that single perspective for the entire survey. The survey questions differ based on the role you select, so if you wish, you can complete the survey multiple times to share your different perspectives.

    • If you are a skater (or parent) connected to more than one team, please answer from the perspective of one team only. Choose the team that feels most like your primary affiliation — for example, the one you’re most active with, your highest-level team, or your home club. You may complete the survey again to share another team’s perspective.

Choosing one perspective to share before starting this survey ensures that your responses are consistent and the insights we capture are clear and actionable.

  • Individuals under the age of 16 must complete this survey with the help of their parent/guardian. If you are under the age of 16 and completing this survey WITH your parent/guardian, select "yes" to the above question.
