'Tis the Season to Shop Small & Handmade Holiday Pop-Up Details
- Open to the public: Saturday 11 am-5 pm
*Setup and Vendor Information*
- Unloading will take place back by the Handicap spaces. This needs to be done quickly to allow other vendors room to also unload.
-Vendors' parking will be determined at a later time (I'll send it with your placement email)
- Setup:
- Saturday: 8 am start, must be complete by 10 am (please do not arrive before 8 am)
- Displays must stay within designated 10x10 or 8x8 space; no visible boxes, extra merchandise, or debris
- Rules:
- No distributing materials outside booth space
- No loud soliciting or amplified music
- Family-friendly displays only (it’s a church after all)
*Vendor Responsibilities*
- Staff your table for the full duration (Saturday 11 am-5 pm); early teardown isn't permitted
- Bring your own:
- Internet connection
- Tables and chairs
- Packaging/bags
- Change for customers (we can't provide change)
- Clean up and dispose of your own trash
*Rules and Regulations*
- Only accepted vendors can participate; sharing space isn't allowed
- No smoking on the Church grounds
- Rude or abusive behavior won't be tolerated (immediate removal and future ban)
- Follow all local laws
