    How It Works

    1. Complete and submit this form. You must complete this order form each time you come back.

     

    2. Each week we review these forms and create a schedule. We will ONLY call you back if there is an issue.

     

    3. On your scheduled pick-up day/time come to the food pantry pick up at 1650 N Fairview traveling East on 16th street from 16th and Fairview.  YOU MUST ARRIVE WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF YOUR SCHEDULED TIME. WE CLOSE PROMPTLY at 1:30PM.  If you arrive early you will be asked to come back at your scheduled time. If you are late you will be asked to reschedule.

     

    3. Stay in your vehicle. Our volunteers will load everything for you. 

     
    4. Once you have been checked in:

          If you are driving, continue down the street to the marked pick-up point.
          If you are on foot or riding a bike, follow volunteer instructions.


    5. After your food is loaded, continue east on 16th street. Do not attempt to turn around.

    We may close early or change appointment availability at our discretion - this is why appointments are so important! We always do our best to make times available for you. Food pantry volunteers stand and work outside to serve you so weather has a big impact on our ability to operate. Extremely hot or cold days or other inclement weather events will likely result in reduced appointment availability.

    Choose an appointment time, You have a 20-minute window to pick-up your food (for example if you select 11:00 am you will have from 10:50-11:10 am to pick up your order). Online appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. ONLY AVAILABLE TIMES ARE LISTED BELOW. If a time does not appear, this means all slots in that time frame are full.     If you are going to be picking up for or with another family, please provide the First and Last Name(s) of that(those) individuals so we can have all of your orders ready to go together when you arrive. Note that a separate online order must be completed for each household picking up food.
