  • Terms & Conditions

    1. Eligibility

    • Marketplace stalls are reserved for artisan food makers, artists, and boutique clothing retailers.
    • The LambEx26 Taskforce and event organisers reserve the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion.

    2.  Allocation of Stalls

    • Submission of an EOI does not guarantee participation.
    • Stall allocation is subject to approval by the LambEx Taskforce.
    • Priority may be given to businesses showcasing originality, local connection, or alignment with the LambEx ethos.

    3. Stall Inclusions

    • Each stall includes: 3m x 2m space, one trestle table, and two chairs.
    • Additional requirements (power, refrigeration, display adjustments) must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.

    4. Fees & Payment

    • Stallholder fees will be confirmed upon acceptance of the EOI.
    • Full payment is required within 14 days of invoice to secure the booking.
    • Failure to pay by the due date may result in forfeiture of the stall.

    5. Cancellation

    • Cancellations must be received in writing.
    • Cancellations before 1 May 2026: 50% refund of stall fee.
    • Cancellations on/after 1 May 2026: no refund.
    • In the event of government restrictions or force majeure (e.g., pandemic, natural disaster), the LambEx Taskforce will determine refund or credit arrangements at its discretion.

    6. Insurance & Compliance

    • Stallholders must hold current Public Liability Insurance.
    • Food vendors must hold all relevant food handling certificates, permits, and comply with South Australian health regulations.
    • Stallholders are responsible for ensuring their products meet all applicable laws and safety standards.

    7. Bump-In & Bump-Out

    • Stallholders must adhere to bump-in/bump-out times as advised in the Exhibitor Manual.
    • All displays must be set up and operational before the official opening each day.
    • No early pack-up is permitted.

    8. Conduct

    • Stallholders must conduct themselves professionally and in a manner that reflects positively on LambEx26.
    • Offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund.

    9. Liability

    • LambEx26, Sheep Producers Australia Ltd, 28 National Ltd, and the Adelaide Convention Centre accept no liability for loss, theft, damage, or injury sustained by stallholders or their representatives.
    • Stallholders are responsible for their own property, stock, and staff.



    Privacy
    Your responses will be used solely for the purpose of informing the planning and delivery of LambEx26. All data will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. Personal information such as your email address will only be used to contact interested Marketplace Laneway stall holders. Your information will not be shared with third parties.
