Still and Moving Images Consent
Event/project: GAP Intergenerational Summit
Location: NSW Parliament House
Dates: Thursday, 6 November – Friday, 7 November 2025
By completing the details below, I consent/do not consent (choose appropriate) to Global Access Partners (GAP) recording, storing and using still and/or moving images of me, taken at the above location, in any medium for the purposes of promoting or reporting on the GAP Intergenerational Summit. The images may be edited.
Images will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated above and will be reviewed periodically for continued relevance.
I understand that:
- I will not be notified when images are used or edited.
- I may withdraw my consent for future use of my image at any time.
- Withdrawing consent will not require the removal of images from materials already produced or disseminated.
I acknowledge that taking and using photos and videos may involve the collection of personal information, which is subject to GAP’s privacy policy.
