Volunteer Shifts

The 2025 Coachella Valley Filipino Festival will take place on Saturday, November 15, from 11:00AM to 6:00PM at the Downtown Park in Palm Springs. Volunteers can choose from the following three shifts, with selection available on the next page.

Morning Setup (8:00AM – 11:00AM)
Help with setting up tents, tables, signage, and equipment. Assist vendors as they arrive and prepare for opening.

Midday Festival Support (11:00AM – 3:00PM)
Help keep the festival running smoothly by monitoring event areas, keeping the park clean, refilling water stations, and assisting vendors or performers as needed.

Afternoon & Breakdown (3:00PM – 7:00PM)
Continue supporting vendors and performances, guide guests as the event winds down, and assist with breakdown and clean-up after the festival.
