A Fundraising Effort for GCC Student Scholarships
Thank you for your interest in supporting GCC Student Scholarships. This years GCC Holiday Bazaar is on Black Friday, November 28 from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Tabletop Vendors: Set Up begins at 8 a.m. with breakdown at 5 p.m. in the GCC Multipurpose Auditorium (Building 300)

Food Trucks: Set Up begins at 8 a.m.with breakdown at 5 p.m. on Parking Lot "C" located outside the Multipurpose Auditorium (Building 300)

Proceeds will benefit GCC Student Scholarships

First come, first served! One vendor per brand, e.g., Scentsy, Tupperware, ThirtyOne, etc.

Table Vendor Fee Includes
Vendor Cost $35
1 Table & 2 Chairs
Vendor Space is 6' x 9'
*Extra table is $10 per table, max 2 tables per spot

Food Truck Vendor Pass
$70 per day, per food truck

Payments can be made starting at 9 a.m., Monday, September 15, 2025 with the last day to make a payment is by 4 p.m., Friday, November 21, 2025 to confirm reservations. Please note the sooner you make a payment the sooner you secure your spot.

ALL vendors must provide a valid business license. Food trucks and food vendors are asked to provide proof of insurance, Department of Public Health Sanitary Permit, business license, and a photo of a full menu.

I understand that reserving this spot is just a reservation and will not guarantee me a spot unless the spot is paid for and secured. The sooner I make a payment the better. Payments are due by 4 p.m., Friday, November 21 2025 at Building 2000, to the GCC Cashier (Room #2119) on the GCC Campus in Mangilao. Make checks payable to: Guam Community College. Other forms of payments accepted: Cash, Credit, or Debit.
