All client information is confidential and requires written consent to be shared.

We do not double book appointments.
Please reschedule if more than 15 minutes late.
24-hour notice is required for cancellations.
You will be draped and fully covered at all times.
Consultation with your therapist will take place before the session.
You may end the session at any time.
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Client Agreement:
I understand massage therapy does not diagnose or treat illness or disease.
Massage is not a substitute for medical advice or examination.
This treatment addresses myofascial pain and dysfunction.
I will inform my therapist immediately if I feel pain or discomfort.
I have provided accurate medical information and will update my therapist of any changes.
