Important Information for Clients
This form is for financially disadvantaged pet owners who hold a valid Healthcare Card.
If your pet requires urgent veterinary care, please visit your local veterinarian rather than waiting for the next Tiny Vet Clinic. Any veterinarian can also submit an assistance application on your behalf.
Please note that the Tiny Vet Clinic does not perform surgical procedures, such as desexing or lump removals.
🚫 Important: To help our team manage appointments fairly, registrations submitted on the day of a clinic will not be accepted.
Clinics are scheduled to run on the first three Wednesdays of each month from 10am - 12pm, subject to volunteer vet availability. Please understand that on occasion, clinics may need to be cancelled if a vet is not available — this is outside of our control, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.
👉Please note: if you arrive after 11:30am, there’s a chance we may not be able to see your pet, even if you are registered.
All consultations at the Tiny Vet Clinic are free of charge. However, pet owners are required to contribute to the cost of medications, vaccinations, and microchipping, unless prior arrangements have been approved by our administration team.
Most importantly - we have moved - you can now find us next to the RSPCA ACT in Weston.
