I release and hold harmless Voices for All Abilities, its officers, board members, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or demands of any kind, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, arising out of or related to my participation in VFAB activities. I agree to follow all rules, safety guidelines, and directions given by VFAB staff or event leaders. I understand that VFAB may take photos or videos during events for promotional and educational purposes. I grant permission for my image or likeness to be used without compensation. (If you wish to opt out, please notify VFAB in writing If under 18, I understand that my parent/guardian must also sign this waiver for me to participate.
