This form applies exclusively to applications by previous EPSA participants who intend to participate in the award scheme for special recognitions. This award scheme requires previous applicants to submit information about the sustainability and long-term impact of projects.

The call for applications is open until 30 January 2026, 17:00 (CET).

Applications can be submitted at any time before the closing date/time for applications.

Once submitted, the applicants will be informed about their successful project submission by the EPSA Team.
