AIM Recruitment & Research Staff Application

This is a joint application for the following AIM staff roles: Research Manager, Recruitment Manager, and Recruitment Director. This form has four parts: 1) general logistical questions, 2) fit assessment of agree-disagree questions, 3) multiple-choice questions, and 4) short answers that allow you to demonstrate your fit independently of your CV. We expect the form to take around an hour to complete, and we recommend to spend the most time on your three short answers as these are most predictive of later success in our roles and we thus weight them quite heavily. Once you advance to the first question, you can use the navigation bar at the bottom to move around in the form or click "Save & Continue Later" to finish it at another time.
