Please submit your completed application by March 15 for April consideration or August 15 for September consideration.

8. Reporting and Certification

The LMF Board of Directors is excited to learn more about the impact of the projects and programs that are supported through this granting process. Grant recipients are expected to provide a report of the outcomes from this project upon its completion. Within one month of the completion of your project, you will need to provide this information to LMF. While the project is ongoing, we ask that you collect pictures and anecdotes/statistics that can help tell the story and can be used for promotional purposes. Details will be included in the grant award letter, if your ministry is awarded a grant.
