NAIOP Future Leaders (NFL) are a group of CRE industry professionals who are selected annually by theirs peers. The purpose of the NFL group is to develop future leaders of the CRE industry by providing educational, service, networking, and business opportunities. The NFL also fully supports the NAIOP Georgia chapter Board of Directors in its initiatives and efforts.

Please Note: In order to be considered as an NAIOP Future Leaders Candidate, it is imperative that you have the full support of your company leadership to fund your participation and attendance at NAIOP GA meetings and functions, team meetings, and activities set by the NFL group. If you travel extensively for business, please consider this carefully before applying.

9. Committee Preference:

Each selected member is assigned a committee to help and support NAIOP Future Leaders and Developing Leaders programming throughout the year. Please rank the committees below from 1 (most) to 4 (least) in terms of your desire to participate.
Special Events: Organizes two market tours (Savannah and MSA) and NFL's Annual Pickleball Tournament.
Philanthropy: Leads the philanthropic initiatives including the Ron Clark Academy Xtreme Room Makeover Event in December, fundraising efforts for NFL chosen charity, and service days with NAIOP.
Membership & Communications: Engages NAIOP Developing Leaders (under 35) through in-person and social media interactions and Happy Hour event. Also organizes the NAIOP Developing Leaders Summit and NFL Reunion.
Education: Coordinates the NFL Breakfast Meeting, assists in the NAIOP School Challenge, organizes the Developing Leaders Summit, and manages the NAIOP Internship/NFL Mentorship program.
