2025-2026 Athlete Outreach Application

For Meet Fee Reimbursement
New England and USA Swimming offer a reduced registration fee for athletes from low-income families. The purpose of this program is to provide competitive swimming opportunities to the underrepresented and economically disadvantaged youth in the United States. The Outreach Program reduces the annual membership fee an athlete pays to $7.00.

To receive Calendar Meet fee reimbursment from the New England LSC, complete the athlete information section and either Section A-Proof of Income OR Section B-Proof of Assistance, and submit with the required documentation and membership application.

The LSC will also send your athlete a suit and pair of goggles, so please select the sizes below.

You will receive an email notification from the New England Swimming Office about whether your NE LSC Outreach application has been approved or denied. Once you receive this confirmation you can work with your club to submit for meet fee reimbursemnt. Checks will be payable directly to the clubs.
