As a Fractional Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll step into client organizations as their executive revenue leader. Your mission: Align marketing and sales into a single revenue engine, drive measurable ROI, and build the systems that replace guessing with strategy.
You’ll run department meetings. You’ll lead scorecard reviews. You’ll forecast revenue. And you’ll do it all using the proven Next Level Revenue Formula®, which means you’ll never be flying blind.
🛠What You’ll Do

Join your client’s Leadership Team as a revenue executive, contributing to the overall company direction.

Lead, manage, and drive acountability across their full Revenue Department (marketing + sales)

Unify their marketing and sales using shared metrics and a single revenue scorecard

Diagnose and optimize their funnel with the Revenue Cascade® and ROASS™ (Return on All Sales & Marketing Spend)

Run weekly Revenue Department meetings, identify, discuss, &Â solve issues, and drive accountability
-
Contribute to the Next Level Revenue FCRO Community by sharing best practices, wins, and performance updates
🎓 Preferred Skills & Experience
-
5+ years in senior B2B marketing, sales, product marketing, or RevOps roles
-
Experience leading cross-functional revenue teams
-
Deep comfort with revenue metrics, funnel math, and basic managerial accounting principles

Confident EOS® operator—L10s, Rocks, Scorecards
-
Comfortable facilitating executive meetings, pushing through resistance, and calling the question
- Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal, and visual storytelling chops
