'Tis the Season! Legends Event Center will be hosting the 2nd annual Holiday Market! Vendors are encouraged to bring holiday themed products and crafts!

Market Details: 

• Date: Saturday, December 13, 2025
• Event Time: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM 
• Load In/Out Time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 
• Location: Legends Event Center 
• 10' x 10' Booth Cost: $55.00
• 20' x 10' Booth Cost: $110.00

Additional Details: 

• Indoor, temperature controlled spaces available 
• Outdoor spaces available for food trucks or mobile vendors 
• Booth sizes 10'x10' and 20'x10' available 
• Vendors are responsible for all setup materials 
• LEC will provide 1 - 8 ft table per vendor 
• Power can be provided at an additional $10.00 charge
• No contingency plan is necesssary since it will be held indoors!

Restrictions: 

• No tent structures 
• Feather flags cannot exceed 12 ft in height

 

Acceptance/Payment Details: 

• Completing the Registration Form does not secure your spot - each form will require an acceptance, which will be done by email and will include the payment information
• Payment will be due by Thursday, December 4th

Important Event Information

Event begins at 11:00 AM on December 13th, and ends at 5:00 PM. Booth setup begins at 9:00 AM and must be completed no later than 10:45 AM. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Any vendors who have not paid in full by December 4th, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given).
