Judging Criteria:
FLOATS: Float organization name and entry numbers are the responsibility of the float sponsor and should be clearly visible on the front of the float. We look for creativity while staying with the theme, moving elements, people in costume to interact with crowd and extra elements. Float Entry # clearly visible 10% Originality 15% Crowd interaction 20% Animation & Special Effects 20% Festive 15% Craftsmanship 20% RIDING CLUB: (NO SPURS ALLOWED) 1) Matching attire (including chaps) 25% 2) Matching tack & blankets 25% 3) Horses manicured 25% Tails & Manes trimmed & brushed Hooves polished Ribbons or braiding of tails & manes 4) Lights or other festive accents 25% Horses are not judged on confirmation but should be in good physical condition to endure the route and weather.
