Thank you for choosing me to be your coach! I’m excited to start this journey with you. Your first session with me will always be an assessment workout so I can learn about your goals and build the right program for you.

Please complete the form below in full. Once I receive it, I’ll send you the training fee and invoice. Payment must be made before your session is confirmed.

Step 1: Intake Form

All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Step 2: Payment

After I receive your intake form, I will reach out to you & you’ll receive an invoice with secure online payment options. Sessions are confirmed only once payment is received.
You can also use zelle or venmo as payment.

Step 3: Confirmation & Scheduling

After payment, you’ll receive confirmation by text and email with your confirmed date and time.

All sessions will take place at Rowe Elite Performance in Boca Raton, FL

If you have an at home gym and prefer to use your space, please be sure to communicate that on your intake form :)

Cancellation Policy

To respect everyone’s time, all sessions must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded.
Reschedules are allowed if you give proper notice, subject to availability.
If I need to cancel a session(very rare), you will receive a full refund or a credit toward your next session.
