Copyright Acknowledgment* This field is required.The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the creator of the photograph the exclusive right to copy, edit, and distribute images by sale or transfer. These exclusive rights make it illegal to copy, scan, edit or share photographic prints and digital media without the photographer's permission. All images are the property of Wildflower & Willow Co. and are protected by federal copyright laws. It is against the law to copy, scan, download, screenshot, print, e-mail, edit or reproduce these images in any way without written permission. Print Release is included with digital image downloads. Wildflower & Willow Co. retains all copyrights. Copyright violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Copyright Infringement includes, but is not limited to: any manipulation (including editing) that is not done by permission, Copying, sharing or transmitting a digital file without permission, Scanning a printed photograph, Downloading sneak peeks from the web. Session Client Terms and Conditions Agreement* This field is required.Wildflower & Willow Co. Portrait Session Contract Client Terms and Conditions Agreement. All clients are expected to read and follow the terms and conditions within this contract prior to submitting Booking Form and Payment. Failure to read the terms within this agreement does not dismiss client from abiding by the policies and conditions within. This is an agreement between Wildflower & Willow Co. and Client named above, outlining the terms of a photography session ("Session"), performed on (See session date/time above) and use of all products from Shoot, ("Images"). All Images and rights therein, including copyright, remain the sole and exclusive property of Photographer. *Client agrees to make session payment at time of booking. Links will be provided to Client at time of booking. Session fees are subject to change without notice and are as follows: Magic of Christmas Session -$299 (weekend) $249 (weekday). Session payment is non-refundable. *Unless otherwise provided herein, any rights from Photographer to Client are limited to the private/personal use of photographic and digital material purchased by Client. Client is prohibited from emailing, transferring, copying, editing or sharing digital images with parties no listed in this agreement without the prior written consent of Photographer. All violations are subject to a minimum $1000/per share/copy. Any violation will be subject to fines and penalties covered by all applicable Copyright Laws. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be arbitrated in Clay County, Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043. *Client agrees, any damages arising from the substance of this agreement will not exceed the amount of the session fee/deposit paid by client. All disputes will filed in the jurisdiction of the Federal District Courts under the Copyright Act of 1976, as amended. *Client understands Photographer selects all final images to edit and deliver to Client. Additional edits requested by Client will incur a $99 fee per image. Client may purchase prints, canvas or albums through their image gallery. *Images are archived by Photographer for 365 days after shoot date. After this time, they will be destroyed. During this 365 day period, in the event Client loses, deletes, "can't find" their digital images, a $199 retrieval fee will be paid to Photographer prior to files re-being sent. Images from this Session remain property of Wildflower & Willow Co and may be used for advertising, display, or any purpose thought proper by Photographer without additional compensation to Client. *Clients assume financial responsibility for any damage to camera/lighting equipment, property or props caused by negligence or unsupervised/unruly children and adults. *Arriving more than 10 minutes late is considered a no show cancellation, at which time no refund will be issued. There will be no re-shoots due to misbehavior or poor attitudes of adults or children. *Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your due/session date. All cancellations will incur a cancellation fee equal to the Session Fee (binder) amount. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days prior. All refunds are at the discretion of the photographer. *Digital images included with each session will be delivered to Client within 30 days of the session via digital download. All digital images include print release and are for personal printing use only. Files may not be copied, emailed, edited or shared without written permission from Photographer. Any copies made, except those for personal archival purposes, will be subject to any and all applicable fines and fees pertaining to local and federal Copyright Laws and will be assessed a minimum fine of $1000/image. *Sneak peeks and behind the scenes images, and videos may be posted on our Facebook, TikTok or Instagram page. These sneak peeks are for preview and promotional purposes only. You may use them on your profile or timeline image by clicking the “share” button. Any violation will be flagged and removed. Downloading, Saving, Cropping or Printing images posted to Facebook/Instagram is prohibited and is in violation of copyright laws. By signing this agreement, Client consents and agrees to abide by the terms set forth in the above agreement and accepts all of the terms listed therein. Client has no rights under this agreement until all fees are paid in full. Unless specifically expressed in this agreement, no other services or products will be provided by Photographer from this Session. Client is responsible for submitting their session fee in addition to submitting this agreement.

Model Release* This field is required.Please list everyone who will partake in the portrait session. Those not listed will NOT be photographed. The photographer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, regardless of inclusion on this release. Sessions are valid for up to 3 children, siblings only. Recommended for children who can sit up independently (6 months), up to age 10. Multi-family groups may be photographed together, but each family must book their own session and time slot. We will do our best to book family groups in consecutive time slots. Sorry, adults will not be photographed at this children-only event.
