    Group Registration

  • Together we will invite intentional mind-body connection in our waking life to what might remain with us from our dreaming life. Whether a troubling dream or a magical one, we will be curious about what resonates with the connections you make to your dream and what might want to continue to integrate through somatic practice. The group will create space for individual exploration and reflection. The invitation to share is always optional with many ways offered to do so via the language of the body. You are welcome to bring a personal dream to join in a somatic way within the collective container. No experience necessary!

  • Somatic support for therapists and care providers!

    Come rest into a collective container to hold you in all you hold with clients and patients, as well as in your personal lives. We’ll engage somatic practices as a way to create more space and support. We'll look for the difference it makes to be together finding ourselves alive in a body.
