    Please share your thoughts with us in this brief survey about OST advocacy in Pennsylvania, and how to ensure there's a unified voice fighting for OST funding at the state level.

    This survey is being conducted by The Learning Agenda with support from the William Penn and McElhattan Foundations. Your input will inform plans to strengthen OST advocacy across the state, so that more young people can access high quality programs.

    We estimate it will take 10 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey you will have a chance to be entered into a drawing for a $100 Visa gift card.

    A note about confidentiality: The responses you share will be confidential. To protect your identity, your response will be combined with other responses when sharing with funders and field leaders, so please be candid.
