*Credential evaluations intended for RUSH service or any state licensing board, California or Virginia Board of Accountancy, Southern New Hampshire University, Washington Adventist University, any type government employment (federal, state, county, city), or immigration, or as required by any specific entity, or as deemed necessary by our evaluators, require official academic documents to be sent directly to ACEI. 

A request must be presented by the applicant to the issuing institution to electronically submit official academic documents to ACEI directly at: acei@acei-global.org.  The applicant should submit clear color PDF scans of official academic documents for initial review with the submitted application and payment, however ACEI must receive the official academic documents from the issuing institution.  

If the institution is unable or unwilling to send official academic documents electronically, and the applicant has already verified their Country Requirements on our website, then the applicant may use Qualification Check for verification of original academic documents or one of the document retrieval companies listed under “Electronic Documents” on our website for assistance. Please note that document verification firms are separate from ACEI and a referral is provided as a courtesy. We do not set their price structures, nor are we in control of their procedures or timeframes.

Please confirm with your third-party recipient which type of evaluation report they require before submitting your application. ACEI is not responsible for advising applicants of third-party requirements. It is solely the applicant’s responsibility to make all decisions regarding the type of evaluation to request. If, at a later time, a different type of evaluation is needed, a new application and payment of all applicable fees will be required.

C5. DELIVERY of Official Evaluation Report and Copy (ACEI is a paperless service. All evaluation reports are issued DIGITALLY)

ACEI only releases your official evaluation digitally to a 3rd party. If you do not have a recipient at this time, ACEI will hold your official evaluation report for release at a later date.

Declaration Regarding Document Authenticity & Submission Method

By submitting my application and academic/official documents to Academic Credentials Evaluation Institute, Inc. (ACEI), I hereby declare and acknowledge the following:

1. I understand that the ACEI Application for Credential Evaluation serves as my contract for service and certify that I have read and agree to the TERMS & CONDITIONS outlined for the Credential Evaluation Service.I declare that all documents I am submitting are authentic, original, and unaltered records issued by the appropriate institution or authority.

2. I understand and agree that ACEI reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any document with the issuing institution or relevant authority at any time or request official documentation from the source institution at anytime.

3. I acknowledge that submission of altered, falsified, or fraudulent documents will result in Immediate cancellation of my evaluation;
Forfeiture of all fees paid; Notification to any institution, agency, or third-party recipient involved; Possible reporting to appropriate authorities.

4. I understand that evaluations based on uploaded documents may not be accepted by institutions that require official records sent directly.
