2025 Newberry, FL Christmas Parade Entry Form

We are excited to host the 2025 Newberry, Florida Christmas Parade, December 20th, in downtown Newberry in conjunction with the City of Newberry. The parade route will be released soon. We encourage the use of lights on your floats. Please keep safety in mind when creating your parade float and entry. All vehicle drivers must have Florida state mandated automoble insurance and drivers license.

The participant as undersigned below agrees to the rules stated in this agreement between myself and Newberry Main Street Organization, Inc. (NMSO).The participant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Newberry Main Street Organization, Inc., the City of Newberry, any and all sponsors and any and all members or agents from all claims, injuries, damages or actions caused or suffered by the participant arising out of the activity or participation of the participant in connection with this event. Participant also agrees to save and hold harmless Newberry Main Street Organization, Inc., the City of Newberry and any and all sponsors and any and all members or agents for the damage of or loss of personal property and or effects of the participant stored, used or sold during this event.
