                        Please read the terms and conditions below carefully. By signing this form, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms
                        1. Enrolment & Payment - Enrolment is confirmed once the enrolment form is completed and payment is received.
                        2. Fees are payable in advance
                        3. Casual bookings guarantee a place for the booked sessions only and cannot guarantee a place for the rest of the term.We do our best to cater for casual bookings and may add additional staff when required to support group numbers.
                        4. Missed Classes - Refunds will not be provided for casually booked sessions. However, a makeup session may be offered if at least six hours’ notice is given.
                        5. For students who have booked and paid upfront for the term, if a class is missed, the lesson will be credited to your account to be used at a later date towards a holiday workshop or another day’s session, or you may attend a makeup session on another day (subject to availability).
                        6. Cancellations - If a class is cancelled by the organiser, a makeup class will be arranged or a credit applied.In the rare event that a full program is cancelled, a refund will be issued.
                        7. Health & Safety - Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs on the enrolment form.
                        8. Children must not attend class if unwell or contagious.
                        9. The organiser will take all reasonable care, but participation is at the child’s own risk.
                        10. Supervision- All in Arts staff are responsible for collecting your child from school and supervising them throughout the duration of the session.
                        11. Children must be signed out from the session by their parent or guardian when picked up.
                        12. All in Arts is not responsible for your child outside of scheduled session times.
                        13. Behaviour - We are here to support all children and do our best to cater for a wide range of behaviours. If a child is disruptive or negatively impacts others, we will communicate with parents to work together towards a positive resolution.
                        14. Our aim is always to support every child and create a safe, inclusive environment for all.
                        15. Photography & Media - Photos or videos may be taken during classes for promotional and social media purposes.Please advise in writing if you do not consent to your child being included.
                        16. Liability - All in Arts takes every precaution to ensure classes are safe and enjoyable. Parents/guardians understand there are some inherent risks in physical activity, and by enrolling, accept this responsibility.
                        17. Communication - All communications will be via email and text as well as our Appsessment App. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to check these regularly for important updates.
                        18. Appsessment/Daily Diary - After enrolment, you will receive an email invitation to join our private App Assessment app. The app provides daily updates, photos, and observations to keep you informed of your child’s progress. Photos shared in the app are private and viewable only by parents with login access. They will not be used on social media or our website. 

                          If you have opted out of social media photo use, your child may still appear in photos within the app, as it is a secure, parent-only platform. Please advise us if you do not wish to participate

                        19. Agreement - By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
