The Renée White Team at Keller Williams Realty is seeking a Part-Time Remote Client Care Specialist (Philippines or Jamaica) to support our high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has strong communication and organizational skills.


      Position Overview

      As a Client Care Specialist, your primary responsibility is to respond promptly to all incoming inquiries and set appointments with accuracy and professionalism. You will also nurture leads through thoughtful follow-up and maintain detailed CRM records to ensure a seamless client experience. In addition, you will support agents with administrative tasks such as preparing contracts and managing agreements through DocuSign.


      Schedule

      • Part-Time, Remote, Independent Contractor
      • Regular Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT
      • Flexibility to cover weekday shifts for vacations and days off is highly desired

      Compensation

      • $6-9 per hour
      • Performance-based bonuses

      Key Responsibilities

      • Inquiry Response: Answer calls, emails, texts, and chats promptly during assigned shifts.
      • Appointment Scheduling: Gather basic client information and schedule appointments for team agents.
      • CRM Management: Keep lead records, notes, and follow-up tasks up to date in Follow Up Boss.
      • Administrative Support: Assist with contracts, DocuSign, and basic client follow-up tasks.
      • Team Communication: Provide start, break, and end-of-shift updates in Slack, and share client needs or shift coverage with the team.

      Qualifications

      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Excellent written and spoken English communication.
      • Comfortable handling live phone conversations and asking intuitive follow-up questions.
      • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
      • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in:
        • Required: Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Contacts), CRM systems (Follow Up Boss), 
        • Nice to Have: Glide, DocuSign, Disclosures.io, iHomeFinders.
      • Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet workspace at home.
