How to Submit a Charitable Donation Request

1. Complete the Form – Fill out all areas designated by a * on the the ICCC Charitable Donation Request Form.

2. Eligibility – Ensure you are a paid-up ICCC member in good standing for three (3) consecutive years, in accordance with ICCC by-laws. The charity being nominated must be certified as a 501C3 organization.

3. Submit on Time – Send your request at least 8 weeks before the ICCC quarterly meeting where it will be reviewed.

4. Review Process – The Charity Committee will verify the nominated organization is certified as a 5013c charity and that the requested donation amount falls within guidelines and available remaining budget allocations.

5. Final Decision – The ICCC General Body will determine approval or disapproval of each request that meet all ICCC charitable guidelines at the folllowing ICCC Quarterly Meeting or Annual Convention from when application was submitted.

6. Disbursement – Approved funds will be distributed by the ICCC Treasurer at the associated quarterly meeting unless other arrangement are nessessary.

7. Follow-Up Required – Submit a one-page narrative or a photo of the donation presentation within 90 days of the donation or event to a member of the Charitable Committee.
