General Rules of Use
ALCOHOL: This venue does not have a liquor license; therefore, alcohol is not permitted.
OCCUPANCY: There is a maximum occupancy limit for use and all events must disclose expected attendance. FACILITIES USE: Use includes a full kitchen, tables and chairs.
DECORATIONS: Thumb tacks or nails are NOT permitted for use in displaying decorations.
PARKING: All guests should park on the North and East sides of the building. No parking on any of the grass area, please.
SMOKING: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the building.
LIABILITY: You assume all liability for your guests and their behavior. ACRVR reserves the right to ask a guest to be removed for failure to follow safety guidelines or causing situations or disturbances that may be harmful to others or park property. You assume liability for any property damage caused by you or your guests.
Cleaning Expectations
● All trash bagged, removed, and carried to dumpster
● Tables and chairs wiped down
● Floor swept and any spills mopped and cleaned
● Granite counter tops wiped clean
● All used dishes, utensils, etc. have been washed and left on the countertop. (Reminder: There is no garbage disposal)
*A cleaning fee of $100 may be charged to your credit card on file with ACRVR for failure to follow clean up requirements. Additional charges may occur for the need for excessive cleaning.
