The Monterey Park Night Market, organized by Infinitus.LA Inc. and presented in partnership with the Monterey Park Chamber of Commerce, is a vibrant destination where local foods, artisans, small businesses, and cultures of the San Gabriel Valley come alive.
Hosted in the heart of Monterey Park — the gateway to the San Gabriel Valley — our market is thoughtfully curated to highlight the region’s most exciting food vendors, food trucks, and artisan retailers. From sizzling street food and authentic international cuisines to handcrafted desserts, refreshing drinks, and unique handmade goods, the Night Market showcases the flavors, creativity, and spirit of the SGV.
For food vendors, this is your stage to showcase signature dishes to eager crowds hungry for bold flavors, authentic bites, and new culinary experiences. Event Details
Event Launch Date: December 7, 2025
Location: St. Stephen’s, 320 W Garvey Ave, Monterey Park, CA 91754
Frequency: Weekly, Every Sunday (subject to weather, holidays, or blackout dates)
Event Type: Outdoor Event on Asphalt (must bring appropriate weights for canopy)
Set-Up Hours: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM (No load-in after 3:00 PM)
Event Hours: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Vendors: 100–120 booth spaces (10’ x 10’ each)
Attendance: Estimated 3,000+ attendees per event
Compliance: 100% city & county compliant
Facilities: On-site 3-compartment sinks & vendor restrooms
Monterey Park City Business License Requirement
All vendors must obtain a City of Monterey Park business license before operating at the Night Market.
- Annual license fee for small businesses: $75 (prorated based on start date)

Food Vendors (10’ x 10’ Booths, , tarp required to cover the floor)
- Food Preparation TFF Booth – $105 / day
- Food Pre-Packaged TFF with Samples Booth – $85 / day
- Food Pre-Packaged TFF Booth – $85 / day
- Food Demonstration TFF Booth – $85 / day
Food Truck Vendors
- 10’ x 10’ – Small truck / trailer setup – $105 / day
- 10’ x 20’ – Standard food truck size – $210 / day
- 10’ x 30’ – Large food truck or extended trailer – $315 / day
Artisan / Retail / Exhibit-Only Vendors
- 10’ x 10’ Booth – $65 / day
Food Vendor LA County Health Permits (TFF)
Vendors are required to commit to duration of TFF permit(90days).

Food trucks must provide a valid LA County Health Permit number and a copy of the permit
Vendor Rules & Requirements
1. Booth Space & Payment
- Spaces are first-come, first-served; not held without full payment.
- Booth assignments ensure variety, safety, and flow.
- Full-month and multi-month vendors have priority placement.
2. Setup & Equipment
- Vendors must provide their own setup: tent/canopy, tables, chairs, floor tarps (food vendors), signage, equipment, and battery-powered lighting or generators.
- Each standard booth fits a 10’ x 10’ canopy; pricing is per canopy unless using a food truck.
- Electricity is available by request but limited, additional fee will apply. Vendors must bring their own heavy-duty outdoor extension cords and power strip.
3. Trash & Cleanliness
- All trash, equipment, and merchandise must be removed before leaving the event.
- Failure to leave your area clean may result in blacklisting from future events.
4. Permits & Insurance
- Required permits and documentation include:
- Monterey Park City Business License for all vendors
- LA County Health Permits (TFF) for food vendors
- California Seller’s Permit for retail vendors
- General Liability Insurance (COI) for all vendors
- All vendors must provide city business license, permits, and insurance upon arrival to all events to ensure compliance and secure their booth space.

Food Vendors
- Application Deadline (Priority): October 31, 2025
- TFF Permit & Fees (LA County): October 31, 2025
- Monterey Park City Business License: November 15, 2025
- Insurance Certificate (COI): November 15, 2025
- Booth Fee Payment: November 15, 2025
Late Submissions
- We will continue to accept vendor applications after the deadlines.
- Vendors submitting late are subject to a LA County Health Department and Event Organizer late processing fee.
- Booths are not guaranteed for the December 7, 2025 launch and will be assigned based on availability.
Artisan / Retail Vendors
- Application Deadline (Priority): November 15, 2025
- Monterey Park City Business License: November 15, 2025
- Insurance Certificate (COI): November 15, 2025
- Booth Fee Payment: November 15, 2025
