2026 AGM - Committee Nomination Form

Please ensure you have the consent of the person if nominating a third party before submitting this form. There is an expectation that elected committee members will: • Attend monthly committee meetings. • Make an ACTIVE contribution to the club throughout the year. • Support the ongoing growth and development of the club. If more than one person nominates for the same position, a vote will take place at the AGM. If all committee positions are not filled at the time of the AGM, the incoming committee reserves the right to appoint suitable candidates at a later date.
