Supplier Terms & Conditions

 

Venue

Agrees to provide of 2m x 1m exhibitor space free of charge, this includes 1 x table and 2 x chairs
Agrees to provide access to 1 x 13amp electricity supply per space if requested
Agrees to allow access on the day for those wanting to set up in advance where arranged and agreed in advance with the venue.  This is always down to their discretion and if they have events prior to ours.
Agrees to allow exhibitor access on the day of the event from a time confirmed with you by us in advance of the event to set up their allotted space
While the venue is secure overnight the venue accepts no responsibility for damage/theft/loss of equipment/property/vehicles left on site; all items are left at exhibitors’ own risk
 

Booking

To book onto a fair with us please email us in the first instance to confirm availability
If a space is available, we will email a link to our booking form along with an invoice to pay a deposit for the fair.  Deposits are 50% of the total price.  All deposits are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of the booking form and deposit we will confirm your place at the fair(s) you have booked.

Deposits must be received within 7 days or your place will be cancelled and offered to anpother supplier (we have waiting lists for many of our fairs).
All final balances will be invoiced 2 weeks prior to the event date.  If payment is still not received 7 days before the event you will be removed from the list and your place will be offered to another supplier.
 

Exhibitors

To set up/dress own space
To supply own tablecloth
Exhibitor to supply own cabling for electricity supply
Vehicular access to venue for unloading/loading only, all vehicles to be moved to designated parking area once unloading complete
All exhibitors to provide the venue with the following documentation prior to the event and no later than 2 weeks before the event a. Risk assessment b. Copy of public liability insurance c. Current PAT certificates for electrical equipment
All exhibitors to clear own equipment/rubbish at the close of business and vacate the premises as quickly as possible
To help support the fair by posting on social media as much as possible before the fair date.
We will do EVERYTHING possible including paid advertsiing to ensure a good amount of couples attend our fairs but we cannot guarantee any numbers.  Any input from you on your social media will always help the success of the event. We will in most cases have an idea of numbers with ticket sales but in no way shape or form does this mean people will attend on the day.

If you require bespoke exhibitor space please email info@simplyelegantweddingfairs with your requirements. Depending on venue and space an additional charge may be incurred.

Outside spaces are charged at £80 per fair.

Bridal Shops Only - £50 if included in the Catwalk.

By returning your booking form and deposit you accept the above terms and conditions.
