    Taking place at Telford International Centre on Thursday 5th March 2026, we’re bringing together businesses of all shapes and sizes for a day of networking, workshops, and exhibitors, with a little Shropshire Festivals fun thrown in.

    With an expected attendance of over 800 visitors, your business can be showcased in our exhibitor area where you can meet new customers, chat with like mind-business people, and just get your business out there at Shropshire's premier exhibition venue.

    Health and Safety is the responsibility of everyone at Shropshire Business Festival 2026.  The Shropshire Festivals Ltd have organised all the necessary health and safety for the safe running of the event. If any participant sees anything that they deem unsafe they are to contact a member of the event team immediately.

    Shropshire Business Festival 2026

    I/We indemnify Shropshire Festivals Ltd and The Telford International Centre as the host venue against any claims made against them for the loss, damage, injury or otherwise arising from the acts, omissions or negligence of our employees or other persons engaged by my business in the erection, dismantling or operation of my/our trade stand at Shropshire Business Festival 2026. In addition, I/We confirm that I have in force a Public Liability policy to cover such risks.

    Application Process
    Please note that we will only accept a maximum of three traders from each business type to prevent repetition and excessive competition.

    · Applications MUST be submitted using our online application form.

    · Application deadline is Friday 12th February 2026.

    · All exhibitor applicants will be notified, of our decision, by email, within 10 days of the receipt of the
    application.

    Payment

    · All invoice payments must be made by BACs. Please send an email confirming payment to
    accounts@shropshirefestivals.co.uk

    · Please use your trading name or invoice number as the payment reference to allow us to identify your
    payment.

    · Full payment will be required by the Friday 20th February 2026 or the stand space will be forfeited.


    Health and Safety

    · The right of inspection is reserved by the Event Organisers, the Environmental Health Officer, Licensing
    Officer or any member of the Safety Advisory Board and Telfrod International Centre Health and Safety Officer, before,
    during and after the festival.

    · Safety is everyone’s responsibility and therefore instructions must be followed if given by the event team.

    · It is essential that all traffic routes and emergency exits are to be kept clear at all times.

    Insurance

    · All exhibitors require at least £5m public liability..

    · Copies of these documents MUST be submitted with your application form.

    · In date insurance documents will be required for the event.

    Risk Assessment

    · In order to comply with Health and Safety legislation we require of copy of your event specific risk
    assessment with your application.

    Fire Safety

    · Exhibitors are responsible for the provision of suitable portable fire safety equipment at their stalls/pitch.

    · The right of inspection is served by the Event Organisers and the Telford International Centre Health and
    Safety Officer of all stands/pitches and equipment.

    First Aid

    · If you need medical assistance, we have an experienced first aid team on site. Alternatively, they can be
    contacted by any Festivals Team member with a radio.

    · In an emergency never hesitate to dial 999 from a mobile phone telling the operator that you are at Telford
    Internation Centre, The International Way, Telford TF3 4JH.

    Pitch Details

    · Exhibitors who require electricity or additional equipment must request this at time of booking. Extension
    leads may be required to access the nearest supply. Multi-way adapters are not permitted and all electrical
    equipment must have a valid PAT certificate.

    · The Event Organisers reserve the right to allocate you a different category of space or stall to that which
    you have booked but in the event that we do this, we will refund any excess payment if you are allocated a
    cheaper category and will not charge any more if you are allocated a more expensive category.

    · Health and Hygiene certificates should be displayed by all catering outlets if relevant.

    · Exhibitors using tables must provide a suitable table covering to display their stock in an attractive manner.
    All storage boxes are to be stored out of sight.

    · Trading times must be strictly adhered to. You must not pack down before the end!

    · Your stand and area must be clean and tidy at the end of the day.

    Festival Build-Up and Breakdown

    · During build-up and breakdown the site is classed as a construction site and all persons on site must
    adhere to the site rules. Build/breakdown phase is classed as any time prior to or after the live event.

    · Please be aware there may be construction still being undertaken in the build-up. The site is to be clear of
    exhibitors until the construction supervisor deems it safe for exhibitors to enter.

    · Children and pets are not permitted on site during build and breakdown. Where this is unavoidable your
    child(ren) must remain in your vehicle or with you at all times. They are not permitted to move freely about
    the site unaccompanied.

    Vehicles on site

    · All vehicles are to be clear of the festival site by 1200.

    · Drivers are to follow the instructions from International Centre team and to only park in designated spaces.

    Products

    · We pride ourselves in the quality exhibitors at our festivals.

    · We will only accept applications for exhibitors whose products are acceptable.

    · In order to help us with this assessment potential exhibitors are requested to provide some form of
    evidence; website, photographs, facebook, Instagram accounts etc.

    · The products agreed at time of booking are the only products you will be permitted to display. Any stall
    holder displaying other good may be asked to remove them immediately.

    Arrival, Re-Stocking and Departure

    · Arrival Exhibitors Thursday 5th March 1000 - 1200. Stalls must be setup by 1300.

    · Do not arrive early as access cannot be permitted.

    · Departure Thursday 5th March after 1830 when the exhibition hall officially closes – cars will be given access when halls/corridors are clear of guests.

    Declaration

    We/I indemnify Shropshire Festivals Ltd against any claims made against them for the loss, damage, injury or otherwise aiding from the acts, omissions or negligence of our employees or other persons engaged by the business in the erection, dismantling or operation of our trade stand at events hosted by Shropshire Festivals Limited and Telford International Centre. In addition, I/We confirm that I/We have in force a Public Liability Policy to cover such risks.
