Let’s Be Thankful Together is an opportunity for dentists and your gracious hosts to come together, share in the joy of the season, and give thanks for the past year. Enjoy wine tasting, seasonal small plates, and great conversation in the historic Founder’s Room at The Saturn Club.

The evening will feature a five-course tasting menu by Executive Chef Valentina Garcia Montaño of Buffalo’s Saturn Club, thoughtfully paired with wines presented by Melissa Winkler, Owner of Winkler & Samuels and CMS Certified Sommelier.

Together, they will create a culinary experience that celebrates the flavors of the season.  Join us to raise a glass, share a meal, and celebrate the season with your fellow dentists.

🍷 Wild Mushroom Cappelletti in Brodo – House-made pasta accompanied by mushrooms and herbs in porcini broth
🥂 Chef Valentina's Braised Rib – Red wine braised rib with creamy parsnip purée, roasted mushroom flat, and gremolata
🍷 Apple & Aged Cheddar Crostata – Spiced apples in a cheddar crust with walnut crumble
