    $75 non-refundable retail vendor (7' x 7' umbrella space)
    $95 non-refundable pre-packaged food vendor (10' x 10' space)
    $95 non-refundable pre-packaged animal/pet food vendor (10' x 10' space)
    $210 non-refundable on-site food preparation vendor (10' x 10' space)
    $200 non-refundable food truck

    TFF Pre-Package - $82
    TFF Pre-Package with Sampling - $116

    MY SIGNATURE BELOW MEANS I HAVE ACCEPTED AND AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. 

    BOOTH SPACE: I understand that vendor space is either ONE 10' x 10' SPACE  which INCLUDES a 10'x10' space only OR ONE 7' X 7' SPACE which INCLUDES A 7' X 7' space only. I am responsible for a 10'x10' canopy/tent OR 7'x7'umbrella, tables, chairs, etc. I understand that my booth space may not encroach, obstruct any other space, pedestrian walkway/sidewalk or designated access way.

    ELECTRICITY AND GENERATORS: I understand that electricity will NOT be provided, and I cannot bring a gas-powered generator to provide electricity to my booth.

    LIGHTING: I understand that my booth space must be lit up, if needed, and will bring solar-powered lights.

    SOLICITING: All soliciting, including but not limited to the distribution of flyers, marketing materials, etc. for your business must be done within the allotted vendor space.

    SET UP AND TEAR DOWN: I am aware of the set up and tear down time. I understand that if I am not checked-in and unloaded 30 minutes prior to event start time that I will not be admitted and I will forfeit my space and my fee will not be refunded.

    SPACE ASSIGNMENTS: Space assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis based upon the receipt of the online application and payment. Event Personnel reserves the right to assign, change or substitute vendor space. The vendor will be notified of application approval and confirmation packages will be emailed to you approximately 10 DAYS prior to the event which will include event information. If you have not been accepted, you will be notified at that time.

    I am aware that there may be a same or similar business category as mine.

    I understand that I am responsible for keeping my booth space clean and free of debris during and after the event.

    I understand that I need to follow the rules of the venue and that I am responsible for any damage that I might cause to the venue and/or property, and will pay the invoice that will be sent to me with photo documentation.

    I understand selling items not listed and/or approved may result in my not being able to stay for the duration of the event and may result in my company being banned from future events regardless if payment has been made.

    I understand that absolutely no outside alcoholic beverages, narcotics, marijuana and/or weapons will be permitted on the premises, if you are caught with said items you will be asked to leave and will be banned from future events.

    I understand and am aware of all of the necessary requirements, certificates and permits I need to operate my business in the city of Downey, County of Los Angeles, State of California.

    VENDOR FEES are only applicable to the date/s selected and approved. All costs, including vendor fees and permit fees, are non refundable and will not be credited to a future event.

    ATTN ALL VENDORS: The County of Los Angeles Health Deparment has established guidelines and fees for operation of a temporary food booth. Companies selling or giving away pre-packaged food (including packaged foods, candy, vitamins, herbs, water, etc) must have a health permit secured through the LA County Health Department.

    THE DOWNEY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, THE DOWNEY PATRIOT, INC., DOWNEY FOUNDATION FOR INDEPENDENT JOURNALISM, dba, DOWNEY COLLECTIVE are not responsible for any injury, death, theft, damage or any negative outcome to me, my booth, my family/staff, my vehicle and/or property from the event.
