Quapaw High School Spirit Store Pink Out Breast Cancer Fundraiser. Please make sure to fill in the required fields and submit this form to complete your order. These are a preorder. Shirts and transfers will be ordered once the order date closes and you have paid. Orders that have not been paid by October 6th WILL NOT BE MADE and the order will be canceled. Check or cash payment can be dropped off at the ES or HS office. PLEASE include name on order with cash/check turned in. Shirts will be able to be picked up the following week for the Pink Out game.
